Melissa Nelson serves as the in-house Realtor® for Master Plan Builders, providing clients with seamless real estate guidance throughout the new construction and homeownership process. With years of experience in residential sales, new construction consulting, and design-forward development, Melissa bridges the gap between building and buying—ensuring every client is informed, supported, and represented from start to finish.

As a licensed Realtor® and Broker affiliated with Realty Executives, Melissa works in collaboration with Master Plan Builders to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with property selection, contract navigation, and transaction coordination. Her role is advisory and representational, helping clients make educated real estate decisions while working alongside the MPB construction team.
